CODE OF ETHICS & CONDUCT
Compliance and Code of Conduct for Leaders, Members, Volunteers, and All Individuals Directly or Indirectly Involved with the Affairs of the Metaphysics Christ Foundation.
All stakeholders of Metaphysics Christ Foundation shall adhere to the following ethical standards to
uphold the organization’s integrity, mission, and governance:
1) Support, uphold, and advance MCF'smission, vision, and objectives.
2) Accept and promote MCF'score doctrinal and ethical principles.
3) Attend official meetings, and activities to stay aligned with MCF'sinitiatives.
4) Actively participate in MCF events and organizational activities.
5) Uphold integrity, humility, and ethical behavior in all dealings.
6) Treat all individuals with respect, dignity, and compassion.
7) Foster unity and work collaboratively toward MCF'smission.
8) Any act of disrespect, whether verbal, written, symbolic, or through conduct, toward any nation,
national flag, race, gender, religion, or any other sensitive matter shall be deemed a serious
violation of MCF's ethical and legal standards. Such actions, including but not limited to
defamation, desecration, hate speech, or incitement of disharmony, shall be subject to strict
disciplinary measures and, where necessary, legal action in accordance with applicable laws. The MCF
upholds a commitment to mutual respect, peace, and harmony and shall take all necessary steps to
prevent and address any breach of these principles within its jurisdiction.
9) Conduct leadership roles with fairness, responsibility, and transparency.
10) Manage financial and organizational resources ethically and accountably.
11) Resolve disputes amicably, prioritizing peace and organizational stability.
12) Focus on the MCF'smission without discrimination based on denomination, race, caste, color, or
language.
13) Avoid divisive behavior that disrupts unity and organizational harmony.
14) The MCF shall not admit individuals whose conduct or beliefs contradict its mission and
values.
15) Candidates exhibiting coercive, or disruptive behavior shall be identified and refused
membership.
